Paula DaSilva, a native of Brazil who has called America home for more than 25 years, has been in love with the restaurant industry since she was a kid. From her early days in Massachusetts, peeling garlic and cleaning vegetables in her family’s Brazilian restaurant, DaSilva was hooked on cooking. Paula has received numerous awards and recognitions as the executive chef of critically acclaimed 3030 Ocean and 1500°. She was also the runner up on season 5 of Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen. Paula is currently working as a restaurant and chef consultant.
