Erik supports product development with trend research, gold-standard food creation, product formulation, recipe development and culinary education. He most recently helped with the launch of Hearth & Fire® pizza. He holds a culinary degree from Saint Paul College, bachelor’s degrees in culinary science and nutrition from Southwest Minnesota State University and an MBA focused on food marketing from St. Joseph’s University. In his free time Erik enjoys travelling around the world, gardening, and exercising.

  • Erik has cooked in professional kitchens for resorts from the central lakes region of Minnesota to ski resorts in Colorado, neighborhood taverns to fine dining restaurants, four-diamond hotel banquet operations and overseas in New Zealand and Ukraine.
